Currently, we provide delivery services exclusively within a 25 km radius of Hosur, covering the following areas:

  • Hosur

  • Bagalur

  • Muthigiri

  • Attibele

Orders placed outside this region will not be processed.

3. Order Processing & Delivery Timeline

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Estimated Delivery Time:

    • Local Deliveries (within the 25 km service area): 1-3 business days.

  • Possible Delays: External factors such as adverse weather, transportation disruptions, or government-imposed restrictions may affect delivery times. Customers will be promptly informed of any delays.

4. Shipping Charges & Free Delivery

  • Standard Shipping Fee: ₹35 to ₹65, depending on the order value and delivery location.

  • Free Shipping: Applicable on orders above ₹599.

  • Overweight Charges: Additional shipping charges will apply for individual products exceeding 4 kg.

Shipping fees (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

5. Order Tracking

  • Customers will receive a tracking link via email or SMS once the order is dispatched.

  • Orders can also be tracked through the “Track Order” section on our website.

  • If tracking information is not received within 48 hours, customers may contact our support team for assistance.

6. Delivery Management

  • Delivery Method: Orders are fulfilled through our in-house logistics team for secure and timely delivery.

  • Delivery Attempts: Our delivery personnel will make two (2) attempts to complete the delivery. If unsuccessful, the order will be marked as undeliverable, and re-shipping charges may apply.

7. International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping or deliveries beyond our defined service areas.
