4. Return Process

To initiate a return, customers must follow these steps:

  2. Provide order details, an invoice copy, and clear images (if applicable) for verification.

  3. Customers will receive a return shipping label (if applicable) or return instructions.

  6. If the return is approved, customers can choose from the following options:

    • Refund to the original payment method (except COD, which will be refunded via bank transfer/store credit).
